The role
Second on the pass at our Marais flagship. Own the banchan station and coach the line through service. Full-time, permanent (CDI), with the room, the fire, and the record player.
What we look for
Three years in a professional kitchen. Fluent French. Korean cooking experience welcome, not required — we teach the gestures.
